EA FeedSure Protein Feed Additive:
Controlled release. Reliable results.:
- EA FeedSure is a feed additive providing Non-Protein Nitrogen and technological additives that enhance diet alkalization, offering degradable proteins in the rumen without GMOs, while enhancing efficiency and health. It serves as an excellent alternative to traditional protein sources like soybean and rapeseed in TMR, providing more degradable and easily accessible proteins.
IMPROVED PROTEIN SUPPLY:
- The alkaline mineral salts soften and break down fibrous plant materials, making them more digestible.
- Increased fiber digestibility improves nutrient availability and energy intake for cattle.
COST-EFFECTIVE PROTEIN SOURCE:
- EA FeedSure is an economical alternative to traditional protein sources like soybean and rapeseed, reducing feed costs without compromising protein supply.
IMPROVED FEED PRESERVATION:
- Mineral Salts act as a preservative by reducing spoilage in silage or Total Mixed Rations (TMR), extending their shelf life.
- This reduces feed waste and ensures consistent quality.
SUPPORT FOR BONE HEALTH:
- Mineral salts provide calcium crucial minerals for cattle's skeletal development and maintenance.
- Calcium also supports other physiological functions like milk production and muscle contractions.
INCREASED RUMEN EFFICIENCY:
- The combination promotes better microbial fermentation, leading to improved digestion and nutrient absorption.
- This results in higher feed conversion efficiency and better overall health and productivity.
APPLICATIONS: :
- Animal Feed- Cattle
DOSAGE: :
- 10 kg/ ton of Feed or 25 kg./ ton of forage with a 14 day treatment
INGREDIENTS: :
- Non-Protein Nitrogen, Enzymes, Vegetable Oil, Calcium salts, Magnesium salts.

BENEFITS OF EA FEEDSURE:

The above figures are absolute numbers based on EA FEEDSURE at a 10kg per ton dosage of feed in dairy cattle:
EA FeedSure:
Controlled release. Reliable results.:
A HIGH - EFFICIENCY UREA SUBSTITUTE FOR DAIRY CATTLE NUTRITION:
1- EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
- EA FeedSure is a next-generation non-protein nitrogen (NPN) source crafted to outperform conventional urea in ruminant nutrition. With 35% nitrogen and a controlled-release formula, EA FeedSure delivers a steady supply of rumen-degradable nitrogen—unlocking greater microbial protein synthesis and driving higher productivity.
- When included at just 10 kg per ton of feed, EA FeedSure has been proven in field trials to increase milk yields in lactating cows by 3-5%, consistently surpassing results from traditional urea.
- What sets EA FeedSure apart? It's not just the nitrogen—it's the enhanced bioavailability, improved palatability, and sustained nutrient delivery that make every gram more effective. All this comes at a minimal extra cost—only $0.20 per head per day at 100 g/head/day—making EA FeedSure a high-impact, cost-efficient upgrade for your feed strategy.
2- PRODUCT OVERVIEW::

3- NUTRITIONAL & FUNCTIONAL ADVANTAGES:
3.1. Steady Nitrogen Release:
- Unlike conventional urea that floods the rumen with nitrogen too quickly leading to inefficiencies, waste, or even toxicity - EA FeedSure is engineered for precision. Its controlled-release formula delivers a steady stream of non-protein nitrogen (NPN) that matches the natural rhythm of rumen microbial activity.
- No more nitrogen spikes—just consistent performance. Thanks to its specialized additives, EA FeedSure enhances nitrogen uptake, supports optimal rumen pH, and boosts fiber digestion. The result? A more stable rumen environment improved microbial protein synthesis, and significantly higher feed efficiency—even under stressful feeding conditions.
3.2. Microbial Protein Synthesis:
- Maximizing microbial protein synthesis is key to unlocking higher milk production—and EA FeedSure delivers exactly that. By releasing nitrogen in perfect sync with the rumen’s energy sources, EA FeedSure supports peak microbial growth and ensures a richer supply of amino acids for milk synthesis.
- The result? Stronger cows, better performance, and more milk in the tank—all powered by the precision nutrition of EA FeedSure.
3.3 Improved Feed Efficiency:
- 3.3.1 Higher nitrogen utilization rate
- 3.3.2 Reduced nitrogen wastage in urine
- 3.3.3 Improved dry matter intake due to better palatability
4- COMPARATIVE PERFORMANCE::
- EA FeedSure VS. UREA - Milk Analysis (Milk composition, %)
- Microbial & Nitrogen Analysis

5- ECONOMIC ANALYSIS:
- Cost-Benefit Model (per Head, per Day)
- *Assuming USD 0.5 per Liter of milk
- Over a 30-day feeding period, the profit increase per lactating cow using EA FeedSure ranges between $6 to $10, significantly outweighing the additional input cost.

6- USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Inclusion Rate: 10 kg per metric ton of compound cattle feed or TMR.
- Daily Dosage: 100 grams per cow per day.
- Adaptation: Begin with 50 g/day for 3-4 days before reaching full dosage.
- Feeding Advice: Ensure adequate fermentable carbohydrates and bypass protein sources are present in the feed to support balanced rumen fermentation.
7- SAFETY & STORAGE:
- Storage: Cool, dry, and well-ventilated area; avoid moisture.
- Handling: Use gloves during handling; avoid inhalation of dust.
8- ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION:
EA FeedSure helps reduce the environmental nitrogen footprint by::
- Minimizing urinary nitrogen excretion
- Improving nitrogen conversion efficiency
- Supporting sustainable dairy practices
9- CONCLUSION:
- EA FeedSure is a scientifically formulated non-protein nitrogen supplement with a superior performance profile compared to conventional urea. Despite a lower nitrogen concentration (35%), its controlled release mechanism, increased milk yield, and favorable economic returns make it a cost-effective and performance-enhancing urea substitute for commercial dairy operations.
- It offers a practical solution to improve productivity and profitability while maintaining rumen health and reducing nitrogen wastage. EA FeedSure is particularly valuable in intensive dairy systems where every increment in milk yield and feed efficiency contributes directly to bottom-line gains.
- Improving nitrogen conversion efficiency
